  2. Using edamame instead of peas also boosts protein and reduces carbs in the dish. Great idea!

  3. This looks good. I sometimes like to just eat mashed avocado w/ lime juice and salt. It’s great on toast.

  4. Just made this. Mine is much chunkier than yours. Did you add any liquid not called for in Patricia’s original recipe?

    1. I used edamame instead of peas, which I think have a lot more liquid to begin with.
